Adventures of Grumpy Cat Exhibition
Step into the whimsical world of beloved local artist Yip Yew Chong at his latest exhibition, "Adventures of Grumpy Cat," hosted at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore's East Garden Gallery.
From 16 June to 30 August 2026, families can explore 30 original paintings centred on the artist's endearingly grumpy feline character.
Kids and adults will enjoy discovering Grumpy Cat's surprising backstory – including how it quit a desk job to become a full-time artist – through playful labels.
Interactive installations like the 'Grumpitiam', a mini kopitiam scene with iconic local treats such as kopi, kaya toast, and chicken rice, offer great photo opportunities. The exhibition is free and open daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
Special artist appearances are scheduled on select dates (check the original article for times), and on 18 July Yip Yew Chong will be painting a new artwork inspired by the hotel's waterfront.
A wonderful mix of art, storytelling, and local culture for all ages.
