Navy Day 2026

Navy Day 2026 is a free, family-friendly weekend event celebrating the Republic of Singapore Navy's birthday at the Singapore Navy Museum on 1 and 2 May 2026, from 9:30am to 5pm. The event offers rare behind-the-scenes access through paid guided tours, including a Changi Naval Base Windshield Tour ($10), a War At Sea Tour ($10), and a Naval Volunteer Reserve & WW2 Tour ($15). These tours provide unique glimpses into naval life and Singapore's military history.

Children can enjoy interactive activities such as meet-and-greets with mascots CPT Simon and a mystery friend, creative workshops to craft R.S.S. Singapura hats at 'The Shipyard,' and a Remembrance & Reflection Trail through the museum with a reward for completion. Roving performers in historical uniforms will share stories and engage families.

Additional highlights include the 'Her Watch, Then & Now' session at 12pm daily, featuring firsthand accounts from Navy veterans and servicewomen. Live musical performances by groups like the East Spring Chorale and Mel The Musical Trio, along with the retro-themed Kakee Konvoy experience, will provide entertainment. Local food options like Potong Ice Cream and Old Chang Kee will be available. Free shuttle bus service from Expo MRT station is provided on event days.
