SSO Babies’ Proms
The Singapore Symphony Orchestra's Babies’ Proms returns in October 2026 with its well-established programme that has entertained generations of children.
This event introduces young audiences to the fun and fantastic world of the orchestra and its different instruments. It is designed as a free-and-easy musical day out for families, encouraging interaction and movement.
The performance features a lively presenter, William 'Uncle Bill' Ledbetter, and conductor Leonard Tan. The environment is relaxed, with eased rules allowing audiences to enter and exit the concert hall freely as needed.
Pre-concert activities begin an hour before each show. The programme is identical from year to year, offering a consistent and familiar experience.
Tickets are required for children aged 2 and above, while children under 2 may be admitted free if accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Proof of age may be requested.
