A Hundred Ways to Play!

A Hundred Ways to Play! is a weekend fundraising event by East Coast Commune designed for families to slow down and engage in hands-on fun together. The event features a wide variety of activities including craft workshops such as kite painting, silk-screen tee printing, clay play at Little Potters, statement headpiece design, and DIY tote bag stamping using natural dyes. These craft activities are part of the Activity Pass, which includes two craft sessions per pass, with additional activities available at $15 per child.

Beyond crafts, the event offers sensory play sessions for younger children aged 6 months to 5 years, including Sensory Play by Ruby Topas and Cardboard City by Little Play Social for infants 8 to 18 months, available as ticketed experiences at $35 per parent-child pair. Free programming for all attendees includes music and sensory exploration, family yoga, acoustic family jams, storytelling, and dance and movement workshops, ensuring continuous entertainment throughout both days.

Attendees can also explore curated booths from vendors like A Kinder Nest, Bublotte, Playbeyond, The Cheese Shop, The Tiny Trooper, Totto&Co, and Twinkle Baby Care. Food options include picnic baskets from East Coast Commune, encouraging families to relax on the lawn and enjoy meals by the sea. The event emphasizes a relaxed, artsy atmosphere with non-stop music, storytelling, and sing-alongs, aiming to create joyful family moments while supporting The Artground's initiatives through all proceeds.
