Step Into Portugal and Explore 5,000 Sunflowers at Sunflower Surprise at Gardens by the Bay

From 9 October to 9 November 2026, the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay presents Sunflower Surprise: Garden by the Ocean, a Portuguese-themed floral display.

Families can explore a recreation of Alfama, colourful Costa Nova houses, a 6m-tall lighthouse, and Portuguese-inspired vineyards and olive groves. Over 5,000 sunflowers in 20 varieties, including blooms up to 1.8m tall, create a sunny countryside atmosphere.

Admission to the Flower Dome is required.
