Ocean Kids Festival at Singapore Oceanarium
The Ocean Kids Festival at Singapore Oceanarium is a seasonal event running from 13 March to 12 April 2026, designed to engage families with marine-themed activities during the March school holidays. The festival offers a variety of hands-on and educational experiences, blending entertainment with learning about ocean conservation and marine life.
Highlights include the Little Ocean Expert Series, a 45-minute session for children aged 7–12 to meet marine specialists like divers, veterinarians, and conservationists. Participants can dress in themed uniforms and take photos, with sessions priced at $15 per child. Additional activities include a badge-making craft workshop from 14–22 March, storytelling sessions featuring ocean-themed books, and a pop-up mobile library from 16–19 March.
For deeper engagement, the Fossilist Workshop offers a two-hour, hands-on fossil excavation experience daily at 2pm for ages 7 and above, priced at $88 excluding admission. The Animal Spotlight: Seahorses programme provides a 45-minute interactive session on seahorse biology and conservation, available on weekdays for $28 excluding admission. Evening performances by the Singapore Youth Philharmonic Orchestra on select dates add a cultural element to the festival.
The event also features themed retail items, kid-friendly food options, and claw machine games. General admission is $55 for adults and $43 for children and seniors. Pre-registration is required for specific programmes, and tickets are available through the official website.
